My guest today, Dr. Donna Marks discusses her book, "Exit the Maze." Donna's book is the best book that I have read on the illness of addiction and its successful treatment in the last 40 years. (With the possible exception of Freedom From Addiction 3 which I wrote). We discussed so many important things in this hour's interview that it would be hard for me to summarize them all in the show notes. But Donna, like myself, thinks outside of the box, and that's what makes her book a must-read for anyone who has an addictive behavior, has a family member with an addictive behavior, or has a friend with an addictive behavior.
